banda formada en el año de 1994, en la ciudad de nueva york, por norm arenas, guitarrista de la banda krishna shelter y chris daly, baterista de la banda 108 tambien de tematica krishna. el nombre de la banda estaba basado en una cancion de misfits que se llamaba bullet y que hablaba acerca de la teoria de la conspiracion del asesinato de john f. kennedy. su actividad fue corta pero muy influyente para las siguientes bandas emo. junto con sunny day real estate encabezaron el emo en los años 90s.
